To make the most of your referral call, please complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Clarify Your Strategy:

Are you doing buy-and-hold, BRRRR, flip, STR, or pre-construction? Know what you’re prioritizing (cash flow, passive appreciation, active appreciation).

Identify where you want to invest and why (you can validate this with RNR on the call).

Are you using U.S./Canadian cash, HELOC, JV, mortgage, or hard money?A placeholder plan is better than none.

Have you set up your U.S. entity yet? If not, who’s helping you and when?

Are you ready to invest in 1–6 months, 6–18 months, or later?

Begin identifying your property manager, contractor, inspector, etc.
